I bought a couple of items at a military surplus store in middle Georgia. Inside one of the items, I found a couple of Vietnam era forms. They aren’t complete so I have no idea what may have happened to Private Rollins. For all I know, he may be alive. I’m posting a redacted copy of the forms here. Hit me up if you have a legitimate interest in this individual. If you are related, I can send you an unredacted image of the documents.

These are forms DA 1155 and DA 1156. The backs are blank. They list Bradley ROLLINS as his child. His unit was HHC 3-69.

I am putting this here because I couldn’t find him on Family Search or My Heritage and didn’t have any other place to post it. I hope his next of kin may find this useful.
